Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and shared resources.

Monitor network performance and security; apply patches and updates to maintain system integrity.

Desktop & End-User Support

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices (Windows and Mac).

Install and configure hardware, software, printers, and endpoint systems.

Resolve user issues related to performance, connectivity, email, and basic application usage.

Manage user accounts, permissions, onboarding/offboarding, and asset tracking.

Deliver user training and maintain documentation for IT procedures.

Qualifications:

Required:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure and end users.

Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and desktop environments.

Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and general network protocols.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred:

Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified.

Experience with PowerShell scripting, device imaging tools, or endpoint management systems.

Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

Additional Details:

Full-time role, on-site or hybrid depending on business needs.

Occasional after-hours or weekend support for system maintenance may be required.

Must be able to lift/move up to 40 lbs of IT equipment when needed.

Compensation is based on experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
