The position involves assembly of electric and pneumatic sub-panels for industrial food processing equipment. Using panel layout drawings and schematics, our technicians lay-out panels and enclosures (including adding holes and cut-outs), place components, run wiring to terminals and assist in mounting panels in enclosures on the machines. Once panels are set in place, technicians run wiring to all components on the machine, including sensors, motors, safety devices, and HMI’s and then land all devices on terminal strips prior to powering up, validating the wiring, and troubleshooting issues.
