DDC Programmer

This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to join a world-class team at the forefront of building automation and smart controls technology.

Key Responsibilities

Program, configure, and network DDC (Direct Digital Control) control systems for advanced building automation solutions.

Create and update red-line drawings for as-built documentation.

Integrate DDC graphics and animations to enhance user interfaces.

Commission, test, and troubleshoot control systems, ensuring optimal performance.

Conduct test and balance commissioning to verify system operation.Candidate Requirements

Tridium Niaraga Certification

Experience with the controls such as Honeywell, Lynxspring, Distech, Daikin etc

Service-driven attitude with a strong sense of urgency.

Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, BAS (Building Automation Systems), and HVAC systems.

Proficient in interpreting and applying MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) plans and specifications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear technical documentation.

Experience working with technical drawings and/or computer graphics.

Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Strong self-management skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with excellent mathematical and analytical skills.Salary & Benefits
