We’re working with a growing, tech-forward company in the SaaS/Insurtech space that’s looking to bring on a Cybersecurity Specialist to help drive their security strategy forward.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment and enjoys balancing security leadership with technical depth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing and evolving the SIEM environment, helping detect and respond to real-world threats.

Supporting and shaping IAM and PAM strategies to ensure robust access control and governance.

Contributing to security architecture and advising on best practices across infrastructure and applications.

Leading and supporting security-driven projects — from assessments to tool implementation.

Owning vulnerability management — identifying, prioritising, and helping remediate risk across systems.

Partnering with DevOps to embed DevSecOps principles into CI/CD workflows and pipelines.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in cybersecurity roles within cloud-first, SaaS, or regulated tech environments.

Solid understanding of modern security tooling, especially SIEM and IAM/PAM platforms.

Ability to work across teams, influence engineering decisions, and help shape a secure product roadmap.

Comfortable navigating both strategy and execution — you know when to lead and when to get hands-on.
