Construction Project Coordinator

QUAD is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator for our privately held Plymouth Meeting, PA client. Hybrid work environment.

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for handling contracts during all phases of assigned projects. The role will regularly collaborate with clients, project managers, and foremen. Construction industry experience is required.

Responsibilities of the Construction Project Coordinator

Acting as the main point of contact for customer invoicing

Performing customer specifications and bid documents review and analysis

Preparing customer invoices and customer specifications/bid documents modifications

Assisting with contract flow down terms and conditions determination

Presenting cost reports

Providing charge order preparation and customer documentation support to Foreman and General Foreman

Ad hoc administrative functions, including permits, estimates, and job packages preparation

Requirements of the Construction Project Coordinator

Bachelor’s degree preferred

4+ years contracts related experience within a construction environment

Familiarity with both client invoicing and cost/sales reporting

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Microsoft Office proficiency

Additional Details:

Employment type: Direct hire

Salary: To $95k + bonus
