About the Role
A well-established luxury homebuilder is looking to bring on a few experienced Site Superintendents for projects in McLean, VA. They specialize in high-end, modern residential homes and are known for building some of the most impressive homes in Northern Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high-quality standard
Manage and document construction activity in Procore
Walk job sites daily to check for quality, progress, and plan compliance
Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, designers, municipalities, and clients
Support budgeting/estimating efforts by collecting bids and managing pricing on change orders
Lead site meetings and manage all phases of construction—including pre-development and post-close warranty work
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of experience managing custom residential projects, ideally in the luxury space
Solid experience using Procore and MS Office
