Project Manager – Architectural Millwork

Location: Springfield, NJ

Salary: $120,000 – $145,000 (DOE) + Competitive Benefits

Millwork Recruiting Source is proud to partner with a premier architectural millwork firm in Springfield, NJ, seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their dynamic team. Known for their dedication to quality, innovation, and cutting-edge technology, this company continues to push the boundaries of excellence in custom commercial millwork.

This is an opportunity to lead impactful projects while working with a highly experienced team that manages six commercial millwork projects at a time, ranging from $150K to $1MM. Their work focuses on high-end office fit-outs, including hardwoods, laminates, and countertops.

What You’ll Do:

️ Collaborate with estimators to review project specifications, drawings, and scope

️ Manage submittal schedules and coordinate with the drafting team

️ Conduct field measurements when required

️ Work closely with purchasing and VP of Project Management on change orders

️ Oversee production timelines to ensure deadlines are met

️ Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients to align expectations

️ Keep projects on budget and within scope

What You Bring:

5+ years of project management experience in commercial millwork fabrication/construction

Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects

An outgoing, solution-oriented mindset and a high level of self-motivation

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
