About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our FOH operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in hospitality, enjoys managing people, and is committed to creating outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily front-of-house operations including hosting, serving, and bar service
Manage a team of up to 15 FOH employees (team size varies seasonally)
Train, supervise, and schedule FOH staff to ensure productivity and high morale
Maintain excellent service standards and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Resolve guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and urgency
Coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance of service areas
Track FOH inventory manually and manage supply orders
Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management efforts
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and internal policy guidelines
Manage floor operations including guest check-ins/outs and itinerary coordination
Collaborate cross-departmentally for cohesive guest experiences
Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in customer service in high-end hotel or resort
1+ years of management
Proven leadership experience in a FOH or luxury restaurant setting
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable using in-house property management systems (training provided)
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in day-to-day operations
Salary $60K-$70K plus medical insurance, generous paid time off. Open to relocating a candidate within Texas
