Business Process Engineer

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Process mapping, creating and maintaining documentation in ARIS, and reporting opportunities to leadership.

Documenting the end-to-end FP&A process at the PL3 level and identifying opportunities for efficiencies.

Eliciting and documenting requirements from stakeholders, including finance and accounting teams.

Interpret process maps and data flow diagrams to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.

Identifying manual data loads, data dependencies, and opportunities for automation.

Working with data flow diagrams to identify "long poles" impacting process efficiency.

Working with finance teams, accountants, and understanding their workflows and language.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Skills-Business Process Engineering; Process Mapping; Process Improvement; ARIS; FP&A.

Solid understanding of financial processes, particularly CFO/FP&A functions.

Relevant finance or business certifications could add value.
