Looking for a dynamic and results driven leader in Financial Operations to step into a pivotal role within a rapidly growing group of companies. This is a boots-on-the-ground position, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring order to a very complex group of companies.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in Finance (Controller, Director of Finance, etc.) and solid operational experience (OPs manager, Plant Manager, Director of Operations).

You’ll be instrumental in organizing business units, cleaning up financials, streamlining processes, increasing visibility, and driving efficiency across the organization. This is an incredibly visible position that reports directly to the CEO and ownership.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at The Cronin Companies, located in Imperial, PA. The CFO will oversee the financial planning, operations, and financial reporting of the company. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial statements, managing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies, analyze financial performance, and provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.

Qualifications

Financial Planning and Finance skills

Expertise in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting

Strong Analytical Skills

Excellent leadership and managerial abilities

Experience with financial regulations and compliance

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA) preferred

Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role
