Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Build a network of talent contacts to source qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with applicants.
Actively hunt and passively recruit talent for PLS at college networking events.
Track and document recruiting efforts in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist in new hire orientation and manage onboarding paperwork.
Review applications to assess work history, education, and job skills.
Screen and refer candidates for additional interviews within the organization.
Utilize all available recruiting and sourcing platforms to engage candidates.
Provide potential applicants with company information and job opportunities.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Comfort in a growth- and goal-oriented environment.
Sense of urgency and bias for action.
Strong verbal communication and professional presentation skills.
Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills.
