Solution Architect Lead

Our client is seeking a Solution Architect Lead to join a forward-looking Digital Architecture team focused on building secure, scalable IT/OT solutions that support critical services across energy, water, and infrastructure. This is a high-impact role where innovation, security, and technical leadership converge.

Key responsibilities:

Design and implement modern, resilient IT/OT infrastructure

Translate business needs into clear technical architectures and roadmaps

Lead modernization efforts, including network automation and cloud integration

Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to meet NERC CIP, ISO27001, and SOC 2 standards

Mentor junior team members and promote architectural governance

Ensure reliable integration of OT systems with enterprise IT

Apply the Purdue Model to guide OT network segmentation and security

Support disaster recovery and high-availability planning

What you bring:

12+ years of IT/OT systems experience, including 2+ years in architecture/design

Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, Layer 2–7), virtualization, storage, and OS platforms

Experience with security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS) and compliance frameworks

Expertise in converged/hyper-converged infrastructure and cloud technologies

Professional-level network design or consulting experience
