Requirements:

Proven experience managing luxury custom home builds.

6-10 years in a management position.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning – Develop the project scope, timeline, and strategy.

Budget & Cost control- Manage project finances, estimates costs, and control spending.

Risk Management – Identify risks and implement strategies to minimize them.

Communication & Coordination – Keep all stakeholders informed and aligned

Project Closure – Wrap up the project, ensuring all work is completed and approved.
