Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IP Litigation Attorney at a prominent law firm in Washington, D.C. The IP Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling motions, representing clients in courts, preparing for trials, and conducting depositions. Attorney candidates for this position should have a degree in electrical engineering, computer Science or similar and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in patent litigation, PTAB/IPR, and/or ITC proceedings.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in IP litigation

Background/degree in Electrical Engineering or similar

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in Washington, DC. NY or MA.
