Construction Estimator

Our client is a premier General Contractor & Construction Manager with a proven track record building high-end corporate interiors projects is actively seeking a Construction Estimator to join their growing team. Location: New York City

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)

Work Authorization: US Citizens or Green Card holders only

What You'll Do:

Lead detailed estimates for multiple construction projects at once

Dive into plans, specs, and drawings to deliver precise and competitive cost breakdowns.

Partner closely with PMs, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to get the full picture.

Handle everything from quantity takeoffs to material/labor pricing and bid submissions.

Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate like a pro to maximize value.

Stay on top of market trends and help build out a dynamic pricing database.

Offer mentorship to junior estimators and help shape the next generation of talent.

Remain involved during construction to solve issues and ensure alignment with your estimates.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of estimating experience - ideally in commercial interiors.

A sharp eye for detail and analytical mindset.

Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
