Quality Control Inspector / Quality Controller / Quality Inspector to join a leading Engineering/Manufacturing company that supplies to the Oil & Gas and Aerospace industries.

The Quality Control Inspector will take ownership of the inspection process for both in-process and finished goods, primarily precision machined components. Their role will ensure all parts meet stringent customer quality and dimensional standards before they ship.

Quality Control Inspector / Quality Controller / Quality Inspector

Responsibilities:

Perform dimensional inspections of machined parts using a range of measuring and gauging instruments, following verbal/written instructions and customer quality documentation.

Conduct incoming material inspections, First Article, in-process, and final inspections, ensuring all products meet customer requirements.

Maintain accurate inspection records, logs, and non-conformance reports (NCRs); generate final inspection reports, material certifications, and shipping labels.

Support smooth collaboration between Quality and Production teams, promoting a positive and productive working environment.

Follow all company safety and quality procedures, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure inspection equipment is clean, stored correctly, and protected from damage.

Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1 to 5 years of experience in a machine shop environment, with a background in quality inspection.

Proficient in reading and writing English, with strong communication skills.

Solid math skills, including shop math and trigonometry.
