About the role

As project manager, you will hit the ground running from day 1 in leading commercial construction projects from the front. You will play a role in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client and owner meetings, and documentation. You will lead projects ranging from $5M-$40M in valuation and work in coordination with field personnel to deliver a quality product.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of lead project management experience

Project experience in industrial, manufacturing, and cold storage

Proficiency in Procore

Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation

$100k-$130k base salary

Monthly vehicle allowance

Profit-sharing bonus based on job-specific metrics and company performance
