Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the central point of contact and SME for Phone System and A/V migration projects.
Provide analytical and operational support to the ITS Project Director and, Project Manager.
Develop and manage project schedules, deadlines, installations, and milestone tracking.
Ensure quality, scope, and change management protocols are in place and followed.
Oversee project-related functions and support decision-making with data-driven insights.
Coordinate site visits and facilitate requirement gathering sessions.
Draft meeting agendas and prepare/distribute meeting minutes.
Identify project risks and create contingency plans.
Develop and manage internal/external communication strategies.
Report on project status, risks, and mitigation plans to maintain schedule adherence.
Maintain comprehensive system documentation and records.
Develop and implement end-user communication plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience coordinating infrastructure migration projects, particularly Phone System and A/V technologies.
Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and vendor management best practices.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
Proficiency with Project Management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or equivalent.
Demonstrated success in documenting project requirements and managing scope.
Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
