Arrowhead is assisting a high-performance transformer and industrial oils manufacturing company fill a Sales Executive role based out of Canton, OH.
Base salary: $95,000 – $120,000 annually (depending on experience and client base)
Commission: Volume and margin-based structure.
Annual Bonus: Performance-based

Position Summary
This role is focused on business development and account management within the base oil and specialty oil markets. The successful candidate will bring established relationships, deep technical understanding, and a proven sales record. You'll work cross-functionally with operations and leadership to align customer solutions with our product offerings and help scale toward full production capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors (transformer oil, lubricants, specialty fluids)
Manage and grow a portfolio of customers, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction
Work closely with operations to understand product specifications, lead times, and logistics
Deliver regular reporting and market intelligence to management
Attend relevant industry events and customer visits across North America
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business growth objectives
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in base oil, naphthenic oil, or specialty chemical sales
Proven track record of successful sales growth and margin contribution
Strong technical understanding of base oil markets, refining processes, and customer applications
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and travel as required (domestic US)
Based in or willing to relocate to the Canton, Ohio region
