We're hiring a Structural Design Engineer to support a high-priority modernization program for the U.S. Air Force in Tullahoma, TN. This long-term opportunity offers the chance to work on a high-visibility infrastructure project with a collaborative and experienced engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural design and analysis for steel, concrete, and foundation systems

Use STAAD or STAAD Pro to model and analyze complex structural components

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, drafters, and project managers

Review and develop design criteria, calculations, and technical specifications

Assist in material selection, vendor reviews, and responses to construction RFIs

Ensure compliance with project scope, cost, and schedule requirements

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum 7 years of structural engineering experience

Proficiency in STAAD or STAAD Pro

Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, and foundation design

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Experience supporting Department of Defense or other federal government projects is a plus
