Job Title: Licensed HVAC Technician

License Requirement: S-2 License Required

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and licensed HVAC Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of HVAC/R systems across our portfolio. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC systems and is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems, including split systems, boilers, condensers, pumps, fans, thermostats, and cooling towers

Diagnose issues using HVAC diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters; perform leak detection and repairs

Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal system operation

Control and adjust HVAC temperature set-points, using local devices and automated BAS systems

Maintain detailed service records, including parts inventory and completed work reports

Utilize client work order system to update and close service requests promptly

Collaborate with other technicians and vendors on complex jobs and capital projects

Perform welding and plumbing duties as required for installations or system modifications

Interact professionally with clients, vendors, tenants, and team members

Maintain clean and organized mechanical rooms and job sites

Ensure all work adheres to company safety standards and protocols

Perform additional general maintenance tasks within the assigned property portfolio

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience in commercial or facility services

Valid S-2 HVAC License (required)

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude

Experience with refrigerant handling and HVAC safety protocols

Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating a company van preferred

Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and HVAC controls
