The Role
This is a full-cycle outside sales position focused on growing new business across the Central and Eastern U.S. You'll target steel distributors, OEMs, and industrial end users, with a flexible mix of travel, remote work, and trade show participation. You'll also be a key voice in developing marketing and lead generation efforts.
What You'll Be Doing:
Prospecting and closing new logos across mining, material handling, construction, and heavy industry
Advising customers on custom solutions and technical options
Managing distributor relationships and select repeat accounts
Influencing sales tools, process, and go-to-market strategy

Requirements
MUST HAVE 5+ years of industrial sales experience selling into aggregates, mining, cement, heavy industries, or forestry/pulp & paper industries
Strong preference for background in steel, fabricated components, or wear parts
Experience selling to distributors is a big plus
Based in the Central or Eastern U.S.; comfortable with regional travel and 2–3 trade shows per year (full autonomy over your own travel schedule)
