Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Controller for our client in San Diego, CA. This is an opportunity to join a leading Southern California law firm in a high-impact, strategic leadership role within their finance department.

Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid)

Pay: $225,000–$250,000 annuallyWhy Join Us?

Oversee financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and partner K-1s

Manage partner capital accounts and firm-wide disbursements

Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team

Optimize accounting systems and ensure compliance with GAAP

Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategyWhat We’re Looking For:

Active CPA and Master’s degree in Accounting (MBA a plus)

10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, ideally within a law or professional services firm

Proven success in audits, financial reporting, and tax compliance

Strong leadership and communication skills

Expertise in Aderant, Elite, Chrome River, and advanced Excel
