Compensation
Positions offer lucrative pay per skill and shift.
Day Shift (Tue-Fri, 10-hour span) = $22-$32
Second Shift (Mon-Thurs, 10-hour span) = $26-$35
Weekend Shift (Fri-Mon, 10-hour span) = $28-$35
Scope
Your role involves running machining operations to create and restore components essential for fluid film bearings at our King's Mountain base. Key Responsibilities
Craft and scrutinize precise parts utilizing blueprints and diverse instructions on machining tools (e.g., lathes, press).
Apply arithmetical acumen and geometric knowledge effectively.
Configure machinery with integrity and facilitate minor repair efforts.
Uphold a secure, tidy work area whilst ensuring quality and productive output.
Conduct machining tasks with utmost precision using proper measuring instruments. Core Requirements
Trade school qualification or two years of machining experience or an equivalent combination.
Adeptness in understanding technical documents, protocols, and multiple standards.
Proficiency with Okuma, Hyundai, Bullard VTL, Fanuc tools is favored.
Effective communication for dynamic team engagement.
Skilled in diverse calculations and theoretical applications.
Essential grounding in machining operations pertinent to bearings.
Semantic aptitude with materials like steel and nonferrous metals.
Proficiency in reading elaborate technical drawings is highly valued.
Military experiences are advantageous.
