Job Description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Senior ALM Administrator for our client in the medical device industry. This is a remote opportunity to support the growth of a leading R&D team by optimizing ALM tools and systems.

Location: Remote (based in Acton, MA)

Oversee ALM system administration (Helix and Polarion), ensuring performance and compliance

Lead data migration efforts, including reporting, UAT testing, and tool development

Configure and customize workflows, repositories, and integrations for ALM tools

Manage user access, licenses, roles, and training for internal teams

Document processes and troubleshoot system issues to drive continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s in Engineering or a related technical discipline

2+ years’ experience with R&D ALM systems (Helix, Polarion) in a regulated industry

Strong knowledge of design controls and product development under a QMS

Proven ability to support cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment

Experience in medical device industry and ALM/PLM tool integration highly preferred
