This is a full-time (Monday - Friday) On-Site position that is for Surge Staffing HQ located in Columbus, Ohio.
Primary Responsibilities:
Generate Invoices that are created with data entered by our payroll department
Accurately audit all invoices against timecards submitted by branches
Research and resolve billing/system issues and problems
Update customer billing information
Review Process and enter credit card information supplied by clients
Answer telephone to provide desired information for field office staff
Learning the back-end payroll system
Processing current week-end payroll
Ensuring good relationships with field staff + branches
Completing corrections on checks
Additional Duties:
Provide administrative support by learning how to complete child support, employment verifications, garnishments, & medical support
Cross train with the billing dept to ensure accurate invoicing with time entry.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
At least 1 year of previous customer service or appropriate business experience plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with others
Problem Solving ability
Ability to Multitask
Cooperative, team oriented, patient, adaptable to change.
Strong PC Skills and ability to navigate in various different systems.
