We are looking for team members who are passionate about delivering industry-leading experiences to our customers and supplying turn-key solutions for any HVAC, refrigeration, critical environment, custom metal fabrication, energy performance, or specialty mechanical project.
As a Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for evaluating/analyzing documents, submittals and designs during the preconstruction and construction phases/stages of a project making sure the quality, cost and scope meet the project owners’ expectations in a timely fashion.

What We Ask of You:
Assist Project Managers with assembling and processing submittals, RFI’s, Shop Drawings, MWBE reporting, QAQC documentation.
Prepare and process project documents and requests for new and existing projects
Assist Project Managers with subcontractor and vendor communication
Facilitate documentation for the start and close of projects
Collection, preparation, and updating of Operational and Maintenance Manuals, Testing and quality control reporting
Engage and process certified payroll for projects
Support Project Team members with any needs that arise
Experience & Competencies:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
2-3 years of office experience
Construction industry experience is preferred but not required
Excellent phone etiquette
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
Need to have good organizational and communication skills
Must have the integrity, enthusiasm and willingness to represent company in the most professional, positive manner
