The Role:
The Associate Designer plays a key support role on the project team - ensuring the smooth execution of project details, documentation, and client deliverables. Working under the guidance of Senior and Lead Designers, youll take ownership of design documentation, vendor coordination, sourcing, and client presentation materials, helping ensure each project moves forward with precision and polish. This role is ideal for someone confident in the technical side of design, eager to contribute to beautiful work, and ready to grow their creative impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Documentation: Create and maintain detailed floor plans, elevations, schedules, and specifications to support design development and project execution.
Sourcing & Specification: Research and recommend furnishings, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with the design direction, budget, and project goals.
Procurement Oversight:
Track orders, coordinate with vendors, and manage lead times to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project elements.
Presentation Development: Support the development of client-facing materials, both physical and digital, that clearly convey design intent and visual storytelling.
Installation Coordination: Assist with onsite installations, punch lists, and final styling to ensure the design vision is fully realized.
Team Integration: Collaborate daily with the Senior Design team, maintaining open communication, managing priorities, and driving projects forward with efficiency and care.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.
35 years of experience in residential interior design or similar project-based design support.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and related documentation tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and project needs with confidence and clarity.
