TITLE: Auditor

Comp: From $65,000-$75,000/yr

Location: Madison, IN

Our client is seeking immediate assistance in identifying a candidate for a Auditor direct hire position in Madison, IN

Responsibilities:

Present internal audit findings to executive leadership and recommend actionable insights.

Ensure all internal auditors are properly certified and up to date with required qualifications.

Identify and propose enhancements to internal systems and processes.

Document and maintain detailed meeting minutes for ISO Compliance and Risk Management committees.

Align internal audit priorities with company performance indicators and strategic goals.

Support ongoing risk management efforts and monitor the implementation of related initiatives.

Participate in regular training to maintain certifications and stay current with regulatory changes.

Develop and manage the annual budget for internal audit operations.

Oversee the effectiveness of the internal audit system and implement continuous improvements.

Conduct follow-up audits to verify the completion and effectiveness of corrective actions.

Coordinate internal and external ISO-14000 recertification audits.

Perform annual C-TPAT assessments to ensure the security of imported goods.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Associate’s or higher, preferably in business or engineering

Previous experience running/implementing ISO or IATF audits.

ISO and IATF knowledge (ISO 9001, 14001)

Understanding of FMEA, control table, and other IATF core tools
