What You’ll Be Doing:

Guide and mentor Agile teams through complex enterprise transformation.

Collaborate directly with senior leadership on long-term strategic initiatives and enterprise architecture.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Agile, SAFe, and Lean methodologies.

Lead Program Increment (PI) planning, product roadmap alignment, and MVP development.

Foster a culture of innovation through experimentation, prototyping, and cloud-native solutions.

Evaluate performance and customer experience metrics to drive measurable impact.

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years in enterprise architecture, Agile leadership, or technical strategy roles.

Proven success leading organizations through Agile transformation.

Deep understanding of frameworks like SAFe, Lean, XP, DevOps, and Continuous Delivery.

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — you can connect strategy to execution with clarity and energy.

Strong mentoring instincts — you build up people, not just products.
