**Job Title: Clerk**
**Job Description**
The Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel. Additionally, will greet clients and customers, ensuring they reach the correct party. The role involves sorting and distributing mail, preparing operational packets, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and performing data entry using Microsoft Excel.
**Responsibilities**
+ Answer all incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person.
+ Greet all incoming customers and clients, directing them to the correct party they are meeting with.
+ Provide customer service for all incoming call inquiries.
+ Sort and distribute all incoming mail.
+ Prepare and assemble operational packets for internal employees and clients.
+ Review all outgoing invoices for accuracy and make necessary edits.
+ Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, including creating formulas and functions.
+ Collaborate with accounts payable and receivable to correct invoice errors.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in data entry.
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Experience in clerical and receptionist duties.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes.
+ Minimum of six months of receptionist experience with data entry and Excel.

This position is based in an office environment where business casual attire is required daily.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
