Construction General Laborer
**Pay:**
18-22/hr
**Description:**
A company in need of Construction laborers to assist equipment operators, pipefitters, and demolition techs.
Will be responsible for assisting in the installation of fueling tanks and piping for municipal centers and gas station stores in the Twin Cities metro area. You will be performing general labor tasks hauling equipment, digging, pouring concrete, keeping the worksite organized free of hazards, and utilizing hand and power tools.
There is also a physical aspect of the job as well where you could be digging, performing labor tasks, hauling material, coordinating with sub-vendors, etc. Everyone works as a team.
**Must have Skills:**
• 6+ months of previous experience working with small and or heavy construction.
• 6+ months of working with construction equipment and maintenance preferred not required
• High School diploma or GED
• Clean driving record
• CDL or willing to obtain one
**Nice to have Skills:**
• Welding experience
• Concrete experience
• labor experience
• Experience with piping, hoist, or lubrication
• Come from a petroleum company

• General Metro Area

**Work Environment:**
• Hours are going to be Monday- Friday, 6:30am-5:30pm and sometimes the option to work Saturdays. Expect OT.
• Candidates can come from West, East, and North metro.
• You will go to the closest available site. I currently have a Kwik Trip project two weeks out.
• They will have their own truck to take home.
• Must be okay with getting dirty job at times and working with petroleum fuels. Must be willing to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
• It's a family owned company and it will be important to get along with the other installers.
• People come from a variety of backgrounds, a lot their hobbies include fishing, hunting, sports or farm life.
• They are always working on something new so it is a non-repetitive position and tons of growth involved.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
