**Job Title: Inventory Control Quality Control Specialist**
**Job Description**
The Inventory Control Quality Control Specialist is responsible for preparing and checking all orders to ensure products are distributed in perfect condition. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly as products are received and shipped. Consistent standing, bending, and twisting are expected.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare and check all orders to ensure products are in mint condition.
+ Regularly lift up to 50 pounds as products are received and shipped.
+ Stand, bend, and twist consistently throughout work shifts.
+ Handle materials, manage inventory, and perform data entry.
+ Identify and report damages or defects in products and packages.
+ Communicate effectively and add to the positive workplace culture.
+ Learn and master multiple skills within various warehouse roles.
+ Utilize inventory management systems including picking, packing, and RF scanning.
+ Load and ship products efficiently.
+ Receive and incorporate constructive feedback to improve performance.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Forklift experience is a plus; certification offered
+ Previous Quality Control experience for 6 months or more in a warehouse/manufacturing setting

**Work Environment**
The work environment is within a warehouse and yard, with temperatures consistent with the weather outside. The warehouse operates 24 hours, 5 days per week, with rare shifts on Saturdays. Employees are expected to be cross-trained, with managers working alongside them to offer support and feedback. Once converted to a permanent employee, a pay increase is typical, based on performance. The team consists of 15+ employees during the day.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
