You are a detail-oriented and proactive Proposal Writer/Editor with 3-5 years of experience in the A/E/C industry. You have exceptional writing, editing, and project coordination skills, and you thrive in deadline-driven environments. You're comfortable working with cross-functional teams, independently managing proposal timelines, and producing high-quality, visually appealing deliverables that align with strategic goals.

Location: Folsom, CA (On-site) TEMP TO HIRE

This Position Pays: $40-$45/hr

What You Will Be Doing:

Coordinating, writing, editing, and managing responses to RFPs/RFQs from kickoff to submission.

Collaborating with Project Managers, subject matter experts, and subconsultants to develop compelling proposal content.

Ensuring proposals align with win themes, comply with client requirements, and meet internal standards.

Facilitating proposal meetings, managing schedules, and tracking deadlines.

Designing and producing supporting materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and interview handouts.

Reviewing and editing proposals for grammar, formatting, and consistency

What You Bring:

3-5 years of relevant proposal experience in the A/E/C industry.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Experience with Canva and advanced design tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field preferred.

Strong organization, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset.
