We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can transform raw numbers into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with our strategy, digital marketing, and design teams to help us make smarter decisions, optimize performance, and measure success across client campaigns and internal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, social, email, web)
Create and manage dashboards and reports using tools like Google Data Studio, Looker, or Tableau
Support marketing, UX, and content teams with insights and recommendations
Track KPIs across brand performance, conversion funnels, and customer behavior
Perform A/B test analysis and help refine strategies based on real-time performance
Present findings in a clear, compelling, and visual way for internal teams and clients
Identify trends, patterns, and outliers that inform better decisions and deeper strategy
Maintain data integrity and quality across all reporting systems
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or creative agency
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Excel/Sheets
Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or BI tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI) is a plus
Solid understanding of marketing KPIs and attribution models
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to translate data into simple, actionable stories and strategic next steps
Bonus: Experience with heatmaps, CRO tools, or campaign forecasting
