Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting and assisting event attendees.

Support event set-up, including equipment arrangement and signage placement.

Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in event areas, adhering to venue policies.

Provide information and answer questions about the event, facilities, and amenities.

Guide attendees to essential locations such as seating areas and restrooms.

Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, or issues professionally and promptly.

Collaborate with event staff and vendors to ensure efficient event operations.

Assist with crowd management to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

Follow company policies and procedures to uphold high standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.

High school diploma or equivalent is required (some college is preferred).

Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event roles is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Physical stamina for standing, walking, and engaging in activities for prolonged periods.

Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
