Competitive Pay: $34.76 per hour

Your Responsibilities:

Assess each emergency call to determine the best course of action utilizing advanced Paramedic protocols.

Provide advanced medical care using essential medical equipment including defibrillators, EKG monitors, and intravenous fluids.

Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure they feel informed and reassured during their care.

Lead the paramedic team, taking charge of scene and unit management when necessary.

Drive the ambulance during 911 responses.

Collaborate professionally with all allied health personnel and fellow Paramedics.

Other Responsibilities:

Engage in community programs to promote a positive image of our organization and build strong community relations.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Valid State Paramedic License.

Ambulance Driver's License.

Medical Examiner's Card.

State Driver's License.

Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS or PHTLS (PHTLS is mandatory).

Driving record that adheres to company policy.

Successful completion of the Physical Agility Test.

Previous work experience in healthcare is preferred.
