Qualifications

Minimum of one year of RN experience

At least one year of Step-Down experience within the past two years

Active RN license or willingness to obtain a license in the relevant state

Degree in nursing from an accredited program

BLS and all relevant Step-Down or department-specific certifications are mandatory
