Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on inventory levels and customer demand.

Monitor production orders and inventory to ensure on-time delivery and balanced workflow.

Collaborate daily with Procurement, Production, Customer Service, and Shipping to align materials and schedules.

Analyze planning data, identify risks, and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer and production needs.

Maintain accurate planning data in the ERP system and support inventory accuracy for both raw materials and finished goods.

Drive process improvements to reduce slow-moving inventory and improve supply chain performance.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional planning projects.What You Bring

5-7+ years of production or supply chain planning experience in a manufacturing setting.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, D365, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.

Strong knowledge of MRP, Kanban, make-to-stock/make-to-order strategies, and lean principles.

Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and cross-functional communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; APICS CPIM certification a plus.
