In the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Technology Services, you will take a leadership role in guiding large-scale data and engineering projects specifically for our CPG and Retail clients. Your primary focus will be on shaping data-driven transformations while managing P&L ownership to drive client growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Client Management

Take ownership of P&L for assigned accounts, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Act as a strategic partner for CPG and Retail clients, guiding them through end-to-end data engineering and AI transformation initiatives.

Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs, understanding client objectives and turning them into actionable roadmaps.

Proactively identify new business development opportunities to expand our reach within existing and new accounts.

Project & Team Leadership

Lead and mentor onshore teams, including Associate Principals, Engagement Managers, and data engineering experts to ensure project success and team development.

Collaborate with global delivery teams offshore to guarantee seamless execution, high-quality deliverables, and cost efficiency.

Drive the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-level data platforms, aligning with industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.

Assist teams in overcoming complex data engineering challenges, optimizing data pipelines, cloud architecture, and AI/ML deployments.

Growth & Innovation

Promote continuous improvement by utilizing state-of-the-art cloud, AI, and data engineering technologies to enhance client solutions.

Partner with internal product teams to encourage the adoption of MathCo capabilities.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence across all teams.

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in managing large-scale data engineering and AI projects, with a strong record in consulting or Fortune 500 environments.

Expertise in driving P&L management, overseeing multi-million-dollar portfolios, and expanding client relationships.

Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, particularly in executive-level interactions.

Proven experience leading cross-functional and culturally diverse teams with a blend of technical knowledge and business insight.

Ability to navigate through ambiguity and change, translating complex challenges into scalable data and analytics solutions.

Hands-on experience with data engineering, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise-level AI/ML deployments is an advantage.

Must be onsite four days a week to foster client engagement and ensure strategic alignment.
