We’re seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to own the process of welcoming and integrating new clients into our agency experience. From kickoff to handoff, you'll ensure every new client feels supported, confident, and excited. You’ll work closely with our sales, strategy, and project teams to turn signed contracts into smooth, successful engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Guide clients through the onboarding process with clarity and professionalism

Coordinate kickoff meetings and gather necessary information, assets, and goals

Set up internal documentation, timelines, and client dashboards (Notion, ClickUp, etc.)

Ensure clients understand key milestones, deliverables, and next steps

Act as a warm, reliable point of contact during the transition from sales to project execution

Identify and address potential roadblocks early in the client journey

Collaborate with account and project managers to ensure seamless handoffs

Continuously improve onboarding workflows for greater efficiency and client satisfaction

Requirements

2+ years of experience in client onboarding, account coordination, or customer success

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and process

Familiarity with tools like Notion, ClickUp, Google Workspace, or CRMs

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, creative environment

A proactive, people-first mindset focused on creating an exceptional client experience

Bonus: Experience in a creative or digital marketing agency is a plus
