As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to partner for a portfolio of our clients — managing communication, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring our work aligns with their strategic goals. You’ll collaborate with internal teams (design, dev, SEO, content, paid) to move projects forward while building long-term relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and performance.
This is a client-facing, cross-functional role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to turn client needs into action plans — and results.
What You Bring
3+ years experience in an account management or client services role (agency experience strongly preferred)
A proven track record of managing multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and campaign execution
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
Ability to manage expectations, explain strategy, and keep clients aligned with outcomes
A calm, confident presence under pressure
Experience using project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar
Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
Bonus Points
Experience with web projects (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)
Familiarity with SEO, paid media, or performance marketing terminology
Ability to help shape brand messaging or positioning in client conversations
Confidence in leading client discovery calls or presenting campaign results
