Payroll Specialist

Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr

What your future day will look like:

Assist clients with new employee onboarding processes

Process payroll for several businesses

Create, update, and maintain employee profiles in payroll software

Interact with clients to maintain updated payroll information (taxes, garnishments, employee deductions, etc.)

Reconcile payrolls

Research and resolve any payroll issues

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure payroll efficiency and accuracy

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Associate degree in accounting or other business-related field

2+ years of multi-state, multi-company payroll processing

Experience with UKG preferred

Strong background in customer service

Ability to work in a team and independent environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
