Structural Designer

Job Title: Structural Designer Location: Birmingham, Alabama Type: Contract Compensation: Level 1-$30.00/hr, Level 2- $32/hr, Level 3- $36.00/hr Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: Add the job’s scheduled days and times (delete if not needed) Security Clearance: List security clearance requirements (delete if not needed) System One is currently seeking a Structural Designer on a 3 year contract position located in Birmingham, AL.

Structural Designer Responsibilities: Produce design drawings for structural steel and reinforced concrete Prepare layouts and conceptual designs Prepare fabrication drawings Structural Designer Requirements: Level 1- 0-5 years experience, Level 2- 5-7 years, Level 3- 7-10 years Proficient using AutoCAD Extensive 3D modeling experience is a plus Steel/concrete detailing Ability to build effective relationship with design engineering staff and/or vendors.

Individual must live within 1 hour of The Energy Center.
