Senior Account Manager and Outside Sales Rep Staffing Industry

i-TEK Solutions, a premier IT Staffing Agency, is seeking a Senior Account Manager and Outside Sales Rep for our Scottsdale office to help grow our client base.

Job Summary: The Senior Account Manager and Outside Sales Rep will drive business development efforts through identifying new client opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and selling staffing solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement). Duties: Identify and target potential clients through market research, proactive prospecting and lead generation Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and site visits to build relationships with potential clients Meet with prospects and clients virtually and in person Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Negotiate and close new accounts Serve as the main point of contact for the accounts you close Work together with recruiters and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing follow-up Qualifications: 5+ years of outside sales experience in the staffing, recruiting, or HR services industry.

Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

A master relationship builder with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
