Scrum Master The Scrum Master will provide structured agile support to both the clients existing Salesforce team and, in the future, the Commercial Excellence project teams.
Responsibilities include: Team Operations Support (Initial Phase) Facilitate day-to-day coordination of the clients Salesforce team’s activities related to ongoing enhancements and platform maintenance.
Maintain and update team boards, tasks, and sprint artifacts in Jira or other project management tools.
Track progress, flag blockers, and support efficient task execution.
Agile Process Facilitation Assist in the implementation and reinforcement of agile practices (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Promote agile values and principles within the team to foster continuous improvement and collaboration.
Cross-Team Communication Act as a communication bridge between developers, admins, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Ensure clear and timely sharing of priorities, dependencies, and project statuses.
Issue and Risk Tracking Identify risks, impediments, and process bottlenecks.
Collaborate with team leads to remove blockers and escalate issues as necessary.
Metrics and Reporting Track team velocity, sprint burndown, and other KPIs to support performance monitoring.
Provide regular updates to leadership on sprint progress and outcomes.
Transition to Commercial Excellence (Future Phase) Support the ramp-up of Commercial Excellence project teams by applying agile discipline and coordination to new workstreams.
Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for Commercial Excellence project, ensuring adherence to agile practices and alignment with program-level objectives.
Change Management Support Help the organization navigate agile transformation by coaching team members on agile roles, responsibilities, and mindsets.
Contribute to documentation and rollout of agile onboarding materials for new POD members.
Continuity and Scalability Provide consistent support across both current and future Salesforce initiatives to maintain organizational agility and delivery continuity.
Adapt agile ceremonies and frameworks as team structure and priorities evolve.
