Converting Engineer – York, PA The Opportunity Our client, a unique and agile custom manufacturer working in a variety of industries, has engaged us to identify a Converting Engineer for their York, PA location.

This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager and is responsible for serving as the technical bridge between customers, sales teams, product management, and operations for the converting business.

Other responsibilities include: Leading technical discovery for converting applications by scoping product requirements and creating product constructions and drawings Developing and maintaining product costing for new and existing commercial opportunities Leading cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into finished converted products Designing and conducting experiments, analyzing data, and making recommendations based on statistical interpretation Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline Minimum of 3-5 years experience in converting manufacturing 3-5 years of product development experience with an understanding of converting processes and technology Ability to utilize AutoCAD to design parts and tooling The preceding is just a brief overview, and if you’re interested in learning more, please let us know and we can arrange a conversation to provide more detail.
