Manufacturing Supervisor – Ft.

Lauderdale, FL The Opportunity Our client is a global equipment manufacturer who has hired us to seek out a Manufacturing Supervisor for their Ft.

Lauderdale, FL location.

This position is responsible for providing operational leadership of production-related personnel and processes including product assembly, bending, brazing, welding, soldering, fastening, testing, packaging, and product auditing.

Other responsibilities include: Leading projects and manufacturing operations teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost of manufacturing processes Investigating and solving manufacturing process related problems using methods like 8Ds Identifying, planning, acquiring, and training new associates to support production requirements Implementing and enforcing Lean Principles and Value Stream Management processes Qualifications include: 5+ years of demonstrated experience in shop floor leadership with direct reports 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Experience with Six Sigma, Lean and Quality tools Strong problem-solving skills and project management abilities Bachelor's Degree preferred Check out our website at New employment opportunities are posted daily!
