Production Manager – Orwell, OH The Opportunity This position reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, including production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.

Other responsibilities include: Planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers' expectations Hiring, training, and evaluating employee performance Strategic planning and resource allocation to optimize production lines and reduce waste Developing processes that maximize safety, quality, and productivity Qualifications include: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Strong understanding of business and management principles Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and strategic planning Understanding of technical aspects of plant operations, including machinery, production processes, and quality assurance The preceding is just a brief overview – contact us to find out more!
