Pay Range\: $18.22 - $21.00/hourly. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications. This position is Non-Exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.

Summary
This position will be primarily responsible for coordination of administrative tasks including marketing and human resources for Dining and Hospitality Services (DHS). This includes liaising between DHS leadership, the Auxiliary Services leadership team, and the Auxiliary Marketing Team, as well as other campus and community partners involved in DHS operations. The Dining and Hospitality Services operating principles are Respect, Trust, and Growth.
Essential Functions
The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to\:
Coordinate administrative tasks for Dining and Hospitality Services (DHS).
Assist in the development, creation, and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media content, and website updates, ensuring brand consistency.
Develop and create training materials for student employees, including handbooks, presentations, and online modules, and assist in the coordination of training sessions with the Dining leadership team.
Assist with the coordination and execution of departmental projects and initiatives.
Assist with purchasing requisitions, invoices, and other financial documentation.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for student employees, including system and door access.
Education\:
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, HR, or related field is required. Substitution\: Year-for-year experience will be considered as a substitution for the degree.
Experience\:
Ability to learn and apply new skills in business operations including marketing and human resources is required.
